Fatima is a psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and the Founder of Kalmind Psychology Clinic. As Chair of the Board of Directors for the Prince Edward Island Business Women’s Association (PEIBWA), she is committed to advancing the organization’s mission to educate, empower, and inspire women in business across Prince Edward Island. 

With a strong background in mental health, trauma, and relational dynamics, Fatima brings a people-centered and strategic lens to leadership. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations build resilience, foster meaningful connections, and create sustainable growth.

Fatima is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs at all stages, from emerging business owners to established leaders, by advocating for inclusive, accessible, and community-driven initiatives. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and creating spaces where women can thrive both personally and professionally.

Victoria Onyekachi is a Marine Application Technologist with a background in Electronics Engineering Technology. A resolute financial educator, Victoria combines her technical expertise with a passion for economic empowerment and inclusive growth for women across the Island. She specializes in demystifying complex financial concepts to provide entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge necessary for long-term business success and financial independence.

Victoria brings a wealth of professional experience in student advocacy and community leadership, having served as the first Vice President of the Student Association of Holland College and as a representative with the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA). She is committed to building resilient communities. 

Vicki Hamilton is the founder of VLH Pathways, where she supports entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders in gaining clarity, building momentum, and creating meaningful success in both business and life.

With more than 25 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant and senior finance leader in the public sector, Vicki brings deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, and leadership. She now serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the PEI Business Women’s Association, contributing her financial stewardship and strategic perspective to support the organization’s continued growth and impact.

In addition to her work in finance, Vicki is a Certified High Performance Coach, combining the discipline and strategic thinking of the accounting profession with proven performance and leadership practices. Her work reflects the evolving role of today’s CPA — one that extends beyond financial reporting to include leadership development, human performance, and helping people achieve their highest potential.

Vicki is known for her grounded presence, practical insight, and ability to help people cut through complexity, focus on what truly matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Through her work with VLH Pathways, Vicki is passionate about helping people live and lead with greater Vision, Vibrancy, and Vitality.

Sherry Huang is CEO of Study Abroad Canada and co-owner of Sunrise Group which works in a variety of sectors in Atlantic Canada and China – including software and database development, business development and management consulting, immigration services, and logistics solutions. In 2022, she was recognized as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by Atlantic Business Magazine.

Ashlyn Johnstone is a recent graduate of the Tourism, Travel, and Events program at Holland College and is currently pursuing continuing education toward a Bachelor of Business Administration. Originally from Truro, Nova Scotia, Ashlyn began her career at just 17 years old with the Truro & Colchester Chamber of Commerce, where she built a strong foundation in community engagement and advocacy.

During her time at Holland College, she served as President of the Student Association, where she was a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness and sexual violence prevention. Ashlyn currently works as the Event and Membership Coordinator at the Summerside Chamber of Commerce, supporting local businesses and fostering meaningful community connections. She is also the owner of Lavender Lane Digital Studios, combining creativity, strategy, and digital media to support brands and organizations.

Ashlyn is excited to join the PEIBWA board and looks forward to contributing her experience and passion for community and business development. Ashlyn lives in Summerside with her fiancé, and when she’s not working, she enjoys spin classes, diamond art, and playing the piano.

Wanting Liu is a Finance and Administrative Assistant with the Rural Municipality of Victoria in Prince Edward Island. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Prior to relocating to Canada, Wanting gained professional experience in China, working in finance with Ernst & Young and in human resources with Hillhouse Investment.
Wanting enjoys working in the public sector and contributing to community development. She is actively involved in volunteering with local associations and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

As a newcomer to Canada, Wanting appreciates the friendliness of people in Prince Edward Island and the balanced, peaceful lifestyle the Island provides.
